Founder Boost and Featured placement purchases may be refunded if requested before the paid placement begins. Once placement or review work has started, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where RevenueHarbor fails to provide the purchased service.

You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation applies to future billing periods; partial-month refunds are not automatic. If you were billed after a timely cancellation, contact us for review.
How to request a review
Use the contact page and include the account email, purchase date, and reason. We aim to respond within five business days.
